REMINDER, HUNTERS POINT OPEN STUDIOS THIS WEEKEND

Saturday May 4 and Sunday May 5 from 11 AM to 6 PM.  My studio mate Peggy Huff and I are in building 101, studio 1201.  Enter the building at the main entrance (flag pole entrance).  Go left then take the first right and we are at the left end.

There are about 130 participating artists in 3 buildings.  This is the official website:  http://www.shipyardartists.com/openstudio/openstudio.html

This is a copy of our notification post card which has directions.  It will point you to 2 groups of studios, I'm at Hunters Point and I believe it is mostly sculptors at the Islais Creek studios.
If you can't read these directions, basically you go down 3rd st, turn on Evans towards the bay or East ish, take Evans until it turns into Innes and you cant go further then go left on Donahue and that will bring you right into the shipyard.

This is a preview of Peggy's work:

We can probably scare up some of Ed Handelman's work as well; as Peggy's hubby he is able to store his work in our studio.  I'm not sure if he will be present.  Here is a sample of his work which many of you will recognize.

And last but not least, here are my studio walls with most of my available work.

The mixed media pictures of the Japanese women are Peggy's.
